True ToolBar is a really new concept within the tasks manager tools. For the first time a task manager use the bottom bar imitating the way that Windows for Desktop does.
When you run True ToolBar you will find an Icon in your bottom bar with the letter "T" crossed by a red arrow. But as soon as you start to run other applications you will find in your bottom bar the icons of those applications.

To switch to any of the running application all you need is tap on top of the application icon. To close any of the applications all you have to do is click on top of the True ToolBar icon and once you are in screen with the list of all the applications that are open tap on top of the one you want to close.
In that screen you can see a menu with two options: Tools and Settings.

From the above pictures you can have an idea of what is offering each option. Under Settings/Options you will find two options that will allow you to change the frequency which use the program to check the applications running at the time in the PDA and an option that make True ToolBar runs every time you soft reset your pda as a start up application.
Conclusion
This is a first version of this application and I think that it has a lot of features that could be implemented. The idea of using the bottom bar instead that the super used top bar is what makes this application a new innovative tool.
